CBET Instructors receive training

Twenty (20) Instructors representing different occupational areas and approved training centres have been exposed to five days of training in Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) methodology, Regional TVET Strategy, Occupational Standards, Training Needs Analysis, and the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate method of instruction. Participants are now expected to do practicums and create a portfolio as part of assessment for certification.

The training was conducted by Master Assessor, Alfred Tannis, EBT Officer, Gennesta Charles, and Quality Assurance Officer, Frances Ruffin.
